For students in middle and high school, Palouse Federated Church is a place to grow in their faith. All students need a place to belong, feel safe and learn to apply biblical truth to the joys and challenges they face each day. Our staff and volunteers provide opportunities for those things to happen in weekly group gatherings and occasional trips and events. And yes – there will be plenty of laughing, food and outrageous fun!

We have 3 sons and 8 grandchildren. We have been greatly blessed. We enjoy driving the teens to the youth group from Garfield. We pray God’s blessing on each one. We know these years are very challenging as they are really making decisions on who and what they want to be. We are honored to serve you and them.

My name is Madi Weber, I am from Pullman and I attend the University of Idaho! I am studying agricultural education! I have been with Youth Group for just over a year! I have grown up always believing in God but not always knowing what that meant. Today, I am growing my relationship with Christ by embracing many different opportunities. God truly brought me to Palouse for a reason and I am grateful for every moment I have been able to spend with this wonderful group! Outside of Youth Group I am involved in various clubs at U of I and also teach workshops through National FFA. I am always busy, but my favorite thing to do is to serve those around me! I hope to be a positive influence on many people’s lives and to spread God’s word each day!
Hello, My name is Jesse Alspaugh a current youth leader at the Palouse Federated church youth group. I am a student University of Idaho student studying agricultural education. I grew up in a small town outside of Boise called Emmett. Some of my favorite activities Include, Fishing, hiking, forging, cooking, and most importantly being goofy. I grew up in the church and have a connection when it comes to working with youth. Overall I am very thankful for the wonderful life and opportunity presented to me by the lord.
Hi, Y’all! My name is Josiah, and I am a student at the University of Idaho. Moving to college was an awesome opportunity to put my faith into action and apply what I had been taught my whole life. My faith strengthened, and everything became real, but something was missing: an opportunity to serve Christ and show his love to others. This year, I am excited to join the youth group team and pour Christ’s love into each kid I interact with!
Hi! My name is Rebekah and I’m a student leader. I’ve been going to youth group for around three years. I’m a student at GPHS. I love Jesus and dancing. My favorite is ballet, but I also take other styles too. I am so glad I’m able to fit youth group into my week. It’s definitely worth it. One of my favorite bible verses is Psalms 46:10.
What’s up I’m TJ. I’m a student leader here at the Palouse Federated Church youth group. I’m a wrestler and football player for Garfield-Palouse High School. I’ve been a follower of Jesus for 11 years. Writing this kind of blew my mind, thinking that I’ve said Jesus is king for that long. I’ve been in the Palouse region for about a year and a half. So I’m happy to be here and also be given the opportunity to serve the community around here. And I’ve got to say that my favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13 (KJV) I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. This verse has gotten me through a lot in life. And always gives me that extra push and peace of mind that with Christ we can do anything! Anyway, that’s me! See you around!
